モバイルバッテリーの利用に関するお願い

平素よりホテルオークラ福岡をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が国内外で発生しています。全てのお客様に安全・安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーの利用につきまして以下の通りお願い申し上げます。

• 外出などで客室を不在にされる際には、モバイルバッテリーの充電はお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。
• モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際には、窓際など直射日光が当たる場所あるいはベッドやシーツなど可燃物上での充電はお控えください。
• 充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにもお客様ご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
• 連泊でご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合には、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置の移動もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせていただくことがございます。予めご了承ください。
• 皆様のご理解とご協力を賜りますよう、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Request Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries

Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Okura Fukuoka. There have been cases of smoke and fire caused by mobile batteries both in Japan and overseas. In order to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines regarding the use of mobile batteries in your guest room.

• When leaving your guest room, such as when going out, please refrain from charging your mobile battery.
• When charging portable electronic devices using a mobile battery or charging the mobile battery using the in-room power source, please avoid charging in areas exposed to direct sunlight, such as near windows, or on flammable surfaces like beds or sheets.
• During charging, please use the mobile battery in a location where you can always monitor its status to prevent any potential issues.
• During room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights, if the above conditions are observed, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons. Please understand in advance.
